A BUNCH of Catch UP!!!!

 

 

 

 Wow!  It's been a while since we have posted pic with activities!  I admit it...I've been slacking!  Hopefully things will start to pick up and I will get back in the swing of things!Well first up we have Berklie's fall festival at school! She wanted to be Minnie Mouse this year, so I made her costume and off we went!  Next, my 31st bday with all my girls at Painting with a Twist!  So much fun, and I have to say I have the best friends a girl could ask for!  I had friends come from all over Texas!  Absolutely LOVE my girls!  They have helped me so much over the years and have had so much to do with who I have become as a woman!  The in late November was my nephew John Thomas and his wife Brenna's wedding at the Renaissance Festival.  It was so much fun!  We all dressed up and had a great time!  Berklie was a flower fairy!  She and my niece Sofia were A-D-O-R-A-B-L-E!  I'll try to get more pictures of that event and post.  It was awesome!  Now, on to Christmas with the family at Mimi and Papa's house!  Everyone as usual had blast!  Then arrives spring and flower and kite flying galore!  Lastly, Lexi had her Jr/Sr prom this year!  Crazy to think she will be a senior this coming school year!  Time flies!!!!!!!!    I had the honor of doing her makeup for the big event!  She looked absolutely beautiful!  She had a fun time too.  Flint had the regional track meet, so he had to meet up with her at prom (which was at South Fork Ranch where they filmed/film the TV show Dallas) to take a few pics.  Most kids would have been mortified, but she didn't mind at all!  Enjoy all the pics and I promise there will be more frequent post to come!  :o)

My oldest nephew got married at the Ren Fest in Plantersville the day after Thanksgiving! Berklie was a flower fairy!  I made her's and Sofia's dresses and wings, so she had to try on the dress for them on Thanksgiving day for a preview!  It was so much fun!

Bitty Girl's Easter/Blue Bonnet pictures

Here are some pics that I took of Berklie. It feels like forever since I have taken some of just her, so I thought the annual blue bonnet pictures would be the perfect chance. Let's just say she had something else in mind besides the perfect chance. She was such a little stinker while taking them, but thankfully it wasn't a total list cause...I did get a FEW cute ones. Love her, but man...she can drive me to drink sometimes! Hope you all had a happy and blessed Easter!

BACK TO BLOGGING!!!!!!!! YEA!!!!!!!!!

OH MY GOODNESS!!!! Finally I am able to post again! I have no clue what happened but blogger hasn't been letting post for the longest time. So, I had some extra time today and decided to give it one last try.....and....TA-DAH!!!! So catch everyone up here are Berklie's 3 year pics! Crazy it is almost time for her 4 year pics!! Here is a little collage of my sweet bitty girl, Berklie Faith! It was such a beautiful day that we decided to go to the park......and of course I brought my camera! This little girl has had a lot of pictures taken of her in the short 2 years she has been on Earth, but these have to be some of my FAVORITES!!! (I caught her mid-sneeze! LOVE IT!) I love you sweet girl, and I had a wonderful time at the park with you today! ~Love~ Momma

Berklie's New Toy

Berklie got a little spoiled over the weekend with a few new toys. First off, Mimi and Papa came in to town and bought her a Little People "carnival" set. It is so cute! It has a working ferris wheel, a popcorn stand, and a game stand with two little people. Then later on that day we had a birthday party to go to and on the way Flint spotted a garage sale that had a lot of nice kid toys....so I said we would stop on our way back if they were still there. Well on the way back, they were still there. So keeping my promise, I stopped and took a look. I found a cute Little People jungle set with all the animals included and an adorable doll house. Both were in good shape and I asked the lady how much she wanted for each and she said $1o for both...heck yeah!!!! SOLD! So I brought them home, cleaned them up, and off she went. She seriously has not stopped playing with everything since she got them! Then at Wal Mart today, I had to get her some accessories for the house....come on...you can't have a house without furniture and dolls!!! Needless to say, she thought the furniture was the bees knees! End of the story....Berklie Faith will not be getting any little surprises for a while....or at least until her birthday! :-)~ Enjoy the pics!

Brayden's bday and Easter 2011

We traveled to Houston for Brayden Man's 3rd Birthday with the family at the beginning of April. It was a blast! Brayden and Berklie fight like cats and dogs, but ever time they leave each other they cry...then they won't stop asking about each other until the next time they see one another and then they start it all over again. The entire family was in for the party, and it was great fun. The weather was perfect!

Next on to Easter. We had the kids this Easter, so on Saturday we took Hailey and Berklie to the Easter Egg Hunt at our church. Man....did they take the lute! Later that afternoon I had a shoot in Dallas, so Flint and the kids hung out at the house and his parents. Sunday we all got up and got dressed in our Sunday best and went to celebrate at church. After the beautiful sermon at church, we went home to change and then headed to Flint's parents house for Easter lunch. All in all it was a great Easter spent with family and friends.
